- Exchanges and returns are available within one week of purchase.
- Due to store renovations starting on February 17 (Mon), customers who purchase items after February 10 (Mon) can process exchanges or returns starting March 19 (Wed).
- Exchanges and repairs (A/S) can be handled at Customellow department stores and shopping mall locations.

- When exchanging a product at a different store, please note that the new item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
