Key Guidelines

• The Digital Gift Card is prepaid and rechargeable, working like cash at IFC Mall.
• Only partner stores within IFC Mall accept the card. Non-partner stores do not.
  Please check our list online or on-site boards at kiosks or the Customer Service Center for updated partner information.
• Buy or recharge your card at the Level 3 Customer Service Center at IFC Mall.
• Check your card balance at any time on the IFC Mall website or through our automated response system (ARS 1644-1229).
• If you refund or cancel a purchase made with the Digital Gift Card, the refunded amount will be automatically recharged to your card.
  Please bring the card with you when seeking a refund or cancellation.
• As this card is anonymous, lost or physically damaged cards (including damage to the shape, number, or magnetic strip) that render them unidentifiable cannot be used.
• The card remains valid for five years from either the date of purchase (or event receipt) or the last recharge.
  After this period, requests for refunds, balance returns, or exchanges for other items cannot be accommodated due to relevant commercial law regulations.
• Except in the following cases, the balance of a Digital Gift Card received via purchase or event cannot be converted back into cash:
  - In case of national disasters or emergencies that prevent partner stores from operating, the Digital Gift Card may become unusable.
  - Partial Use Refunds
  For vouchers over 10,000 KRW, get a cash refund on the balance after using 60% of its value.
  For vouchers 10,000 KRW or less, get a cash refund on the balance after using 80% of its value.
  Remember, If you use multiple vouchers, the total amount counts.
